Don Henriques(a.k.a. Woodie)is a 35 year old residing in Mesa,Arizona. He has been racing for over 20 years. He has raced almost everything including go-karts, ATV's, motocross, mountain bikes and is currently racing in the Class 8 Off Road Trucks. He races due to the sponsorship of Checker Auto Parts, Rancho, Edlebrock, B & M, Holley, Sun States Builders, Chroma Graphics, Startex, McQuay-Norris, Fly-N-Hi, and Aurora Graphics. | About the Driver | ||||||||||||||||

| About the Truck |
Don is currently driving a 1988 Chevrolet Short Bed Sportside Pick-up with a reinforced stock Chevy 1/2 ton frame. The 350 Chevy engine has a four bolt main (400 HP). The truck weighs 4500 lbs and has an all fiberglass front and rear. The transmission is a Turbo 400 with a B&M shifter. The rear axle is a 12 Bolt Dana 60 (4.56) with locker. He uses Rancho rebuildable RS5000 shocks with resevoirs. The front suspension is made up of 1 ton A-arms with Dodge springs and the rear suspension is made up of Swingarms with cab adjustable airbags. The truck carries 35 gallons of Avgas LL100 with VP leaded octane booster. The truck rides on BF Goodrich 35x15 Off Road T/As mounted on Ultra Racing 15x8 wheels with ITP bead locks. | ||||||||||||||||
